Description
HST Synchro MQL combines synchronized tapping technology with a toolholding system designed for minimum-quantity lubrication.
The holder incorporates the same ±0.5 mm micro-compensation principle used in the HST SYNCHRO system
while supporting reliable transfer of MQL aerosol to the threading tool.
Axially adjustable setting screws and sealing components help maintain lubricant delivery while compensating for synchronization errors between spindle rotation and machine feed. Standard configurations are available for ER20 and ER25 collet systems.
